Join Master Knitter Virginia Sigsworth in this one-day workshop where you will learn how to read the charts & graphs that make knitting lace so much easier.
If you’ve ever tried knitting lace, you know it’s more of a challenge than regular “stitch & purl” knitting. It’s great for more experienced knitters because it keeps you more engaged with your project—and the piece of fabric you end up with can be incredibly stunning.
“Knitted lace can take a lot of time to create but you have a family heirloom once you’re finished,” says course instructor Virginia Sigsworth. “If you give a friend or family member a hand-knitted lace sweater, that’s something they’ll treasure forever.”
However, regular lace-knitting instructions can be difficult to read. Charts such as the ones you’ll be learning in this workshop make it so much easier because they give you a picture of what you’re doing so you don’t lost in the process. But first you need to know how to read the symbols!
Virginia will help you bypass the learning curve so you can use this much simpler method of following your pattern and knitting gorgeous lace that will wow your family and friends.

What a fantastic visit to your store the first time,I had no intension of buying any wool but I just could not just walk out. I Like Victoria I started knitting with my Grandmother when I was knee high to a grass hopper, I’m not saying I’m a master knitter because I’m not, but just walking into your store made me want to start again.
